Alright I know almost everyone has a problem with Microsofts failure rate (including myself) but I bought a wireless headset from target about a month ago. I took it home, charged it, and started the wireless fun. I threw away the box like a stupid teenager, it broke after 2 weeks and when I took it back they wouldn't take it because I didn't have the packaging. So I decided to call up Xbox to see if I could get a new one. I get connected to a live operator who happens to be a hispanic that has a speech impedement and she starts telling me all these addresses and directions. When she is finished she immeadiately hangs up on me exactly when I find my pen and paper.....isn't microsofts customer service just great! (sarcasm intended)

MS is horrible for customer service.But I think you must have done something to the headset.I've had mine for over a year and it works fine.

I made sure that I didn't do anything to it, I unplugged it from its charger and since then it didn't work.

Microsoft aren't tht bad .. altho i did have to wait 6 weeks for my account back after it was hacked (N)

I've had mine for ages and it's perfect, just keep ringing up microsoft and moaning and moaning at them There might even be a little number on your headset that you could give them

i suggest turtle beach/tritton.
there really good brands that are pretty infamous. and one of there headsets costs $60

ive had my wireless headset for a year and its still in perfect condtion
and it will stay like that if you keep it in good condition like me
