This is by far the easiest way to kill George and get the "Quiet on the Set" Achievement on Solo.

Text Tutorial:
Step 1 - Obtain the Dragunov from the Random Weapon Box
Step 2 - Turn the power on
Step 3 - Get enough points to upgrade it (5000)
Step 4 - Find the Pack-a-Punch machine
Step 5 - Pack-a-Punch the Dragunov
Step 6 - Make some crawlers and get George in the water
Step 7 - Shoot him in the head 40-50 times (# of shots may vary)
