If you mainly want JDM like cars I'd recommend the Sultan, Elegy, Penumbra, Asea, Futo, Warrener and Intruder. They all have a lot of customization apart from the Intruder which has the least of them ...

Yes they still drop, but you need to be in a lobby with 3 or more players.
