Does anyone one know how because all my playthrough 2 enemies are lvl 50 and im only 36.

That's not a glitch, you probably completed the game in another game, it's called playthrough 2.5, when you finish True Vault Hunter mode, all enemies scale to your level.

So theres no way to finis ...

I have just unlocked ultimate vault hunter mode and after a few missions all my enemies
started being lvl 50s and i cant beat any missions. please help.
