I've been working a lot and haven't been on GTA for a while now. I just wondered what the latest/best Mod Menu is out now?

I was wondering what game types I could rank people up in? This may be a stupid question I know but I don't play GTA all that much! Also if someone wants ranking up, Just tell me your GT.

My Open IV has corrupted for some strange reason and I'm struggling to find a download for it, could someone give me a link that would be much appreciated!

This is an error with either you downloading it or the actually download itself. The best thing you could do it find another website or wherever to download it from or try uninstall and re-downloading ...
