I keep getting "unexpected error" when I type in my beta code I have tweeted activison but no reply as they are hopeless. Is anyone experiencing this?

Tuned my Xbox off at the mains and back on and the headset is working even though I done that about 30 times thanks for helping anyway

My adapter won update it tells me there is no update needed and yes standard controller

So I got a new headset and I have plugged it all in correctly but on the instructions it tells me to go to my setting preferences and go to voice but when I go there there is no category saying voice ...
