i was on my xb1 and launched forza horizon 2 and it lost my progress does anyone know how i can sync my data and get my stuff back? anything is appreciated thank you in advance

I'm trying to do the copy the emblem glitch but evrytime I go to my barracks and hit the emblem then hit save it shows up as a rank can anyone help me on what I'm doing wrong
