so you get tenth, ratio, and challenges for the $30

do you get the tenth first and then all the challenges/attachments?
do you re invite after someone gets a kill and backs out to prestige?

can u explain the process on how you get tenth and all challenges so that you have them when your done

how do you get tenth and all the challenges if you have to get the challenges in the beginning of the game and you wont be a tenth at the beginning of the game?

when i got my invite it was over an hour after i contacted him.
there were around 6 or 7 10/70's in there. he closed it cause sum ppl are assholes.
hopefully he'll do it again
