when i test connection is says -
Network - connected
Internet - Failed
Xbox live - Blocked

What stealth are you using ?take your launch . Ini file out of your HDD on neighbourhood and make sure live strong and live block and disabled and make sure you have correct plugins ie xbdn, stealth , ...
