If your not getting the update just clear System Cache and restart the game.

Did you play at least 1 game on COD4 after you prestiged.

If so give the servers a day or so to catch up.

I order MGS4 from Gamestop and it came 2 weeks late.
Amazon has not been late once with 20 games delivered.
