Get people you do well shooting 3s with or in general shooting, and maybe get some good rebounders. Also, should look up some defensive settings to keep the ai from scoring.

It shows up as 7'6" during the creation but doesn't carry on into gameplay, I've tested it on 3 of the positions and it will not work.
