why would it be PAL and RF? PAL = Only in European areas, RF = Works with any consoles region code.

people who quickscopes in mw2 often dont have skills. it so easy in mw2. and they made a thing that doesnt make the crosshair stay were it was when you didnt scope in. thats why you cant quickscope
