Personally, I do not like the whole "open Pokeball" render. Perhaps if inside the Pokeball had a little shine in it, it may look better.

This smudging isn't bad, but it is a bit choppy in places. I do believe you have potential, however, and I encourage you to keep trying until you get things right.
