Personally i don't find this a hard strafe at all. Although I'm almost 100% positive there are several strafes harder than Chinatowns.

Stand still > press start > options > stick layout > select default > back to game > knife until animation & then sprint, if you can sprint > ro ...

Bo2 > Mw3 > Ghosts

It's a pretty simple process. Basically imagine you are doing a strafe but then you continue to sprint afterwards; then continue to do them both in a fluent motion.
