Whats the highest level on Destiny?
My friends keeps saying it can't be 29 buts all I can seem to find people saying 29 so what is it?

Why do you need 200 hours?
I do have 200 but I was just wandering, because I have some friends that are amazing in gun fights and know there way around.

Your PC should be able to run it max settings fine, but I'm not to sure about your friend because his graphics card to not great.
