I downloaded ff viewer, and i downloaded a menu base, when i drag and drop into ff viewer it wont load, just comes up with errors

You downloaded it as a torrent didn't you? You need to enable BD-Mirror , and internal in multiman if its on your PS3 HDD. Just go over to GTA V then press square and check those 2 boxes.
