You can unban jtags on any OS, the problem here is that you cannot use NandPro on any OS higher than XP. You should not be using nandpro to unban jtags(much harder than it needs to be).

Dont flame because you dont know how to use your Jtag. Read some forums and learn before you waist your money on something you dont know how to use.
