so i ordered something last week. It has not been updated. Plus the shipper(Amazon) is in the same state, in fact 3 hours away from me. Does this mean they lost it?

Update on everything. I ended up calling and sure enough they did credit me back. Oddly enough my bill was now 45$ instead of the normal 65 I paid. guess a win for me I guess?
