I can't sign in, this was after about an hour of having trouble starting and keeping parties

Just got 2k for Xbox one and I'm playing myTeam, and I swear I can not make a shot. Excellent timing but if there's a sign of any defense the shot quality is a C or lower and it never goes in!!
