it would if you changed to the us store, you must still be on the uk one... or try get n it by going through black ops

I've tried both of those methods, I just think you actually have to be in the ...

if its available to buy in the us all you would have to do is go to the store and download it

you would have to bu the season pass on the us region... its same with games if it comes out in the us u need to buy the one on the us store... then when you have bought it and downloaded it you can c ...

Obviously there is the glitch going around on how to get it 1 day early if you are a season pass holder. I can confirm that it is legit however I have not seen anybody from outside of the US accomplis ...
