Backup all of the important files and preform a factory reset. Chances are there's some software that is installed which is making the websites popup, preforming a reset will remove the software.

At this moment in time there isn't unless someone it gives you a code for it. It will probably be released in a future DLC though knowing Treyarch, I think that's what happened with Moon.

Is my PS4 meant to sound like this? It's not even a year old and my Xbox 360/One never sounded like it!
