By creating topics like this, all you are doing is demonstrating you have not changed your behavior and still do not deserve your shoutbox permissions back.

Your topic consisted of nothing else but a link to the rules, and was considered spam. Also, as Suhpose said you are not a staff member, therefore you should not be making forum rules threads.
