I hope you know nothing is free in this world that's good. There's always something behind it like free vpn's keep logs. But i would say the best free vpn is cyber ghost.

You can NOT upgrade the ram in the macbook pro due to being soldered to the motherboard. I believe the only mac you can upgrade is the mac mini. Hope this helps
