Ok so ive PM"ed about 5 admins and all of the messages go straight to outbox why dont they send?

Ok so how come my messages dont send and instead go straight to outbox? I would really appreciate it if some one tells me.

Ok so i lost the email and password for my main account and i need to get it back and none of the admins will reply so please someone help me.

Please Help me i cant access my other account and i dont know the email please help me and the admins wont reply.
