the idea is there, but your arches are uneven ( as in the words arent arched perfectly with the lines) it makes it un-professional. im only being really critical because i used to make a ton of logos ...

way too pixely. i suggest getting illustrator. it doesnt work off pixels.
solid concept though.

bebas is way too over used.

not bad for a first try tho, just a little flat.
