This is an error relating to OpenGL I believe you may want to do an install of your newest graphics drivers

Enable UPnP in your router config if you havent already. Also add your PC to a DMZ if all else fails.

I have one from Ikea. The Galant series. It is now discontinued but you can get its successor the Bekant line.

Might need to go into the BIOS and turn off safeboot and boot from the USB to do a fresh install.
