I used a German VPN to get lost planet 2 for free... Still counts as an incomplete game yet it was fully downloaded on a German account using a VPN, and German locale, any ideas?

Change your locale to india, make a new indian account and you get a one month trial. I did this yesterday.

Cant you just change you local to Germany?

Check my post I made, you can't just change the locale and I have explained what you need to do but I still have the problem of it stopping at 40 KB's, ye ...

Here is what you have to do guys:

Make an indian account and get 1 month trial on it.
Go onto xbox.com and change account region to germany(deutchsland)
Change locale on your xbox to germany.
...
