It very easy to install, but i would say its not needed.

i run at 100% because i use a 32' tv as a monitor.

okay... so which is the best jtag to get? eg jasper...
If your going to be using it a lot i'd go with a jasper. they have a WAY less chance of getting rrod.

I would go with a jtag just for the reason if your impatient because rgh's have longer boot times and i feel are less reliable.

use xeBuild for kernel 16547 to update your dash.
then use xell or 360 flash to update the nand to the console.
