It is what I said because it happened with me, But I got banned on Counter Strike Source and many other games.

And I made a new account and baught it again on that one and it was fine.

I got my gamerscore reset and my gamerzone is now cheater and cannot earn any gamerscore ;(

Buy a new game and make a new account most probably.
