If they have a flash drive just use team viewer.

I already tried my way around this and nothing works. For any multiplayer mods or offline private match you would most likely need a J-Tag.

A complete fix is not possible unless you ip banned all the scammers. Even then you can change your ip if your smart and still get around it.
