I used to be that annoying sibling, around the same age as well. But I cleared up pretty fast after puberty passed and my hormones went back to normal making rationalizing my thoughts easier.

Sleep lol then again I wouldn't be able to sleep if it weren't for my clonidine! Used to go days without sleep tried melatonin, Nyquil, and all of those silly over the counter sleep aid remedies!!

When I first started watching anime I was into Shonen anime. Which is anime typically viewed from the age range of Elementary through High School. In return there's less complexity of plot.
