I just prestiged, but why is it that on the leaderboards it shows my rank and little icon as if I've just start led playing the game? It doesn't show the new prestige picture?

This is true but if you remove your secondary, and both grenades you get more points to use on perks.

Surely if someone just went into a public match and accidentally got into an XP lobby they can't get banned for it? That would be ridiculous....
