What are the odds of getting banned for online iso mods on gta 4?

Is there such thing as a patch that is a mix of cod jumper and forge?

I downloaded dudeitsbrians flyable harrier patch and one file says Patch_mp.ff and one says patch_mp-extract what do i do with them?

Where could i find the default.xex for all the patches? and how do you check what title update the patch is for?

Because im new to modding and ive heard of like "dll" and i havent even found that either!

Im searching for patches on youtube and the only file i can find is the patch_mp.ff do i need any other file besides the title update that it works with?
