Depends what type of games you like but the games I would suggest are
Games on Steam:
-csgo
-Gta 5
-Arma 3
-Company of Heroes 2
-DayZ
-Civ 5

Game not on Steam:
-World of Tanks

Yea people can gift games that are in their inventory but why don't you just buy it instead of paying them for the gift?
