You could continue to do Slayer, once that's 85 you can make some decent money, and increases at 87, 90 and 93. Can also runecrafting, do woodcutting, mining, hunter etc.

Yes it's still unsafe, not that I would even recommend botting in the first place.

This is how to do it, but the video covers people with 91+ thieving so I guess just use it and adapt to what you can afford etc.
