Hello guys still no help with My RTE Tool error
So i have downloaded installed net.framework 4.5

And its done nothing it just says "Bad Image"

Does the tool ever open because I have a virus that says bad image every time I launch any program but it opens when I click ok

Nope it doesent even open it doesent even let me see the tool do u h ...
