Hey I've just got my first RGH slim Xbox 360 I've turned it on and there's no accounts or games and I can't make an account can someone help me with the steps to get online

I will have an RGH tomorrow so I'm planning on buying ninja tokens to play do u get cod menus with the token and do u have to download them or are they on there after u redeem token?
