Contact DHGate support, they handle things very well and will sort you out. I've had an item that i've purchased off of DHGate go missing, so I contacted them and was sent a replacement.

Legit lobby, all you have to do is join the session over and over. (He's currently asleep and just letting the lobby run all night, so you just have to join)
