They can console ban you for playing a game early. I lost a console with MW2, and Halo 4. Haven't been banned from playing Ghosts or GTAV early though.

I doubt it. It could still be possible though. I have been playing Solo Extinction Online and it is pretty fun. If I get banned I'll let you know.
