I may be wrong but judging by the parts, you may be ona tight budget or just don't upgrade alot...

IMO you should sell all the parts a build a new pc, start by putting the 0956( 8320 on ebay.

If you are going closed loop ever go for a H100 or just get an air cooler. I decent air cooler would cost less and perform better than a H60.

A closed loop on that chip would get you 4.5+ easy.
