Yes it has been hotfixed out until Tuesday, You can however disconnect from xbox live and play a local game and it will be there.

We know where its locate, I don't see the need to make constant youtube videos about it and continually keep posting it about it here.

I don't know if you guys know this or not, But the navcard's were originally supposed to add new ways to play zombies maps.
