every time I try and create my ultimate team club name its says I have censored words in even when I don't I try changed it to random letters it still doesn't work

Don't use it horrible to get it off after trial is up, try searching web for a good free anti virus

Try booting from external hard drive/ flash drive see if it works, if it does then it narrows down the problem.

Is it a compatibility problem with windows 10 maybe?
download a patch for it offline if there is one?
