disc unreadable error

still got black screen i reburned threw HDD put in the _mp.xex still black the tu is in the content. Iv tryed 2 diff _mp.xex. anyone??

is there a way to be deranked in ct? ex 15 to 14 or non prestige? I don't want to re-buy any thing i just want 14 in-case of a prestige glitch.
