Does the Black Ops 2 livestream feature pick up voice?

I have a Mic and you can have as many friends in the lobby as you'd like <3 I help all the gamers , but I hate doing stuff for free because people take advantage of us that glitch and whatnot

2) Does the old method of logging out your guest account still save your XP?

Title says it all. Can anybody post their methods above? Also, are there any ways to do this if you're the HOST of the lobby? Thanks for the help guys!
