If they boot you offline, you just restart your modem and call the cable company. They sometimes can give you the persons IP who booted you off, and alert the authority's for you.

If you have any extra vehicles you do not use, sell them. Also, get a weed, cocaine, or meth farm/lab. You can make some serious money off of them. I have a weed farm, but will never smoke for real.
