Unless I'm missing something, everything looks OK, other than the on-board graphics. You might be able to run some of them on low/medium, but I'm not 100% sure.

I don't understand why anyone would want to use a controller on PC, for anything other than maybe some racing games.
Don't use a controller. Git gud with a mouse.

If you get a Xbone or a capture card, you can upload anything you like. There are very few games that have a 'theater-like' option built in-game.
