Im just going to say that it's similar to a lot of things out there and kinda clich. Now i got that out of the way 7/10 i like the style and color choices but i seen the style a little to much.

It's a bad idea unless your showing them finished pieces of work that letting them help you out, otherwise their art style rubs off on you sooner or later so try these things.

It's 3am so i can't give you a full answer. It's possible, for real just google html apps and search around a little on the internet there are loads of tutorials for these types of things.
