The normal GTA forum is to spammed with money lobbies and etc. I can never find tutorials, Car meets and Crews

What is your cryptarch rank? Anywhere between 2 - 5 cryptarch rank is good for getting legendary engram drops.

Im level 7 in crypartch and I always get rares in the legendary packs

I've been farming/Playing for over 10 Hours and not gotten an legendary engram yet im level 23 and my friends are level 22 and 23 and they get them every hour or so anyone know why?
