Node pretty much means step. Because in the giant easter egg of Ascension they categorize the seperate steps as nodes for some reason. but pretty much when you hear next node it means next step..

it's weird though because apparently it said that all 4 perks were returning, but across the map, double tap is no where to be seen.... There has to be more nodes that take us somewhere...

They don't do anything right now. I, and other guys, have tried it before doing the orb and after and it didn't do anything. They are there for a reason. Just need to figure out what there for.
