I would be cautious when paying this guy. I paid $10 and he hasn't invited me and has now logged off Skype. I'll post again later confirming if the kid is legit or a scammer.

If you host me a private lobby where I can get my desired prestige, I'd be willing to donate the $10. As long as you go first.
